Yes it works fine for the 2014 mac mini

Q: Will this work with the latest (2017) mac mini?

The current version of the Mac mini was released in 2014. We purchased several mac minis in July 2017 and all fit this Tryten Mac mini mount. There is s some play between the lock and the bottom of the mount, so when you press the power button the mac mini can slide about a quarter of an inch.

Q: Does this work with the new 2018 Mac mini and will there be a space gray option to match it?

Fits the 2018 Mac Mini just fine.

Q: Does this come with the needed screws?

Yes, although sometimes I need shorter or longer screws then what's provided.
