I've been using Designs for Health for quite a while now. Their products are high quality and consistent.

P5p is to help control prolactin issues and if you know what that is you know when and why to take it

Love this product. I can definitely tell a difference when I take it and when I don’t.

As expected

The ingredients are some of the best I researched if you’re deficient in this vitamin. So far I’ve used this supplement for a month to treat trigger finger. It hasn’t done anything to help yet, but I read it takes at least three months to see results, so I’ll press on. Not really sure it’ll help because I had my Vitamin B6 levels checked and they were fine, so I’ll see. Also If I don’t take this with food, I get very nauseous, so keep that in mind if purchasing. I’ll update my review in two more months to see if it does help my trigger finger. So far not a glimmer of hope.

Im using it in hopes it heals the nerves in my hand.

Like others, despite handful of supplements, still borderline deficient in Zinc & B6. Other than helping with Pyroluria reports show the importance of these two to help with in prevention of dementia.

They seem to be working we will see
