Awesome product

The mount itself seems to be rocksolid. I have a 2016 road glide special with a stock brake light. The mount is set up In such a way that once it is installed the flag poles lay right on the blinkers. Unfortunately, it will not work for this set up.

I have been purchasing products from Rivco for years. One of the main reasons I purchased this particular product from Rivco when competitors (I am fairly certain Chinese knock off by look) are only half the cost is for the name I knew/know. The SS was polished enough to "get by". The center portion of bar that is hidden behind the license plate and frame is "bare", either NOT polished or NOT chrome. I mounted the flag holder because I want for Bike Week coming up, otherwise I would have returned the item. I like to purchase products from an American company with manufacturing all done here in USA but I am not fond of paying double the cost and still receive a product with lower QC and standards. Purchased in October 20, 2014 for $43.92 so price is up $14.70. Anyway It's been on some long trips but overall not a heap of mileage in 7 years in fact, maybe 5 rides in the past 5 years? Just got back from a 3 hour ride and one of my flags w/pole are GONE! Just jumped off from what I can tell. Always checked them for tightness/security but apparently something was amiss. The pole snapped inside the holding nut/collar. It snapped right in the middle of the threads on the pole. So either stress related from wind/flag action (no corrosion evident) or manufacturers defect. I'll take the next one apart inspect closer and add some adhesive/binder to keep out moisture/corrosion/free play so that hopefully won't happen again. Very disappointing and will try a different vendor/styled posts.

Item was well packaged and damage free when it arrived. Getting the product out of the packaging was a chore that could only be accomplished with a very sharp utility knife. Installation on my '06 Heritage Softail Classic was very straightforward and easy. I mounted it on the forward facing side of the license plate holder with the original license bolts. I may replace later. I used 6x9 flags that were suggestions from Amazon to complete the package and they work well. Only thing that is stopping me from giving this five stars are the plastic clips that come with it.***Update*** I was right about the plastic clips. I lost two of them and have no hope of replacing them without buying a whole new unit.

Fits my 2014 VFR800F Interceptor. So far I've had it for a few months and had no problems. The clips hold, its super easy to install. I might add that the poles are actually built at a slight tilt so you can't install it backwards without problems which was my original intent. But it worked out this way too so I'm pretty happy.

This Rivco flag holder is a great product, well made and attractive. This is the third Rivco flag mount that I have owned and they are a quality product that stands up. Only 4 stars as they are a bit pricey.

Received this license plate double flag mount today and it was very easy to install. Appears to be very sturdy and in my opinion looks great. Already attached my POW/MIA flag today, just waiting for my USA flag to arrive.
