An essential for hot and sour soup. this brand really delivers the punch you need to back up the white pepper for thew "sour" in hot and sour! High-quality product.

Good stuff!
just got it and it arrived in one piece--well packaged. I have never had this type of vinegar before (I do tend to buy food stuffs I have never tried before---what's the worst that can happen--I like it or it goes in the composed). Anyway, I thin k this is very tasty and I look forward to creating meals with it.

Unmatched flavor!
This brand has been consistent. Black vinegar has a very unique flavor if you’re used to white or apple cider vinegar, but it can absolutely put your dish over the top.
