Pactrade Marine Boat 4-1/8" Daylight White LED Dome Light SS304 Rocker Switch

So much nicer (original switch broke off) than the original cabin lamps that came with my 2008 Catalina 250! Took abut 5 or so minutes to install two and the light is significantly brighter than the originals!

The first dome light I received only had a s mall handful of LED's that worked. Amazon shipped a replacement very quickly and that one is working fine. Still, the first impression was not positive. Light output is okay if your expectations are realistic. You will not be doing surgery under this light. Installation was easy, though the 20 gauge wiring on the light fixture was a bit challenging to connect to the 14 gauge wiring on the boat. This seems to be a common problem for most LED light fixture upgrades.

This was mounted on the bulkhead (wall) at the head of the bed for use as a reading light. It's much better than any other lights we're tried although this isn't the advertised purpose of it. With a boat, 12 volt light is needed unless the boat is in a marina every night or the generator is run constantly. This light is a good value and meets our needs.

Way smaller then it looks in the photos. Very deceiving.
