Because I’ve tried other donut-type cushions, I knew I’d bought the right one as soon as I sat on this one. It wasn’t too firm like others. And the front curvatures on this pillow relieved the back of my thighs from the pressure I felt from the non-curved type. The center hole on this pillow is perfect to relieve a 70-year-old prostate from hours of sitting at a computer. And the rear curvature takes pressure off my tail bone. Will the pillow fit every body size and type? I doubt any donut pillow is a one-size-fits all, but no doubt this will work for most people. I’m 6’1” and weigh 198 lbs. and it’s an almost perfect for my size and build. Another inch in total width would be absolutely perfect, but absolutes aren’t necessary here; it’s certainly close enough to make this cushion a keeper. I’ve sat on this for two and three hours at a time with ease. I definitely recommend people give this cushion a try.

I purchased this cushion to do floor work in an "Aging Backwards" exercise routine. I like it because it's good to use as a head rest for some exercises, but it's extremely helpful to take the weight off the hips when doing leg lifts. It's firm and supportive, with a non-slip bottom and a soft velvet upper cover with a zipper - so I it can be removed and washed if necessary. It's lightweight, so I can travel with it. It looked like one of the better choices from all that was available - and I'm delighted with it. I'd give it a 5 star rating because it's exactly what I need. You don't have hemorrhoids to benefit from its design!

For the cost, this cushion is holding up EXTREMELY well! I use it for 8+ hrs daily at work and have had it for around 8mos and it is pretty much like brand new still! The only thing I’ve noticed is that the little rubber grippy nubs on the bottom to prevent slippage have started coming off, but it’s few and far between and not a huge deal! Overall awesome product!

I have had to sit much more during the Covid 19 ordeal and noticed that my past tail bone injury has started to hurt again. I tried another pillow and it just didn't work well. The instant I sat on this one I knew it was right. I have used it for a week and it still feels very good. I am 6'2" and 215 and it supports me well. My tail bone has not hurt again since having this pillow. If you struggle with tail bone issues, I would check this out.

I major downside: the nonslip fabric base left tiny black dots imprinted on every surface I used it with. Items such as wooden chair, leather vehicle upholstery, couch upholstery and bed linens. The fabric must not have been rinsed thoroughly before product assembly.

I am now lucky enough to be able work from home and but had to leave my office chair at work. I thought that this pillow would help ease the back strain but it has not helped at all. The foam insert goes flat very quickly and literally makes no more difference than a folded up towel might. There is a review question about inflation but no means to inflate. I took the cover off after I saw the "easy to inflate" question, thinking I might have missed something, and the inside cover on the pillow is already tearing away from seams after 4 days of use. I will be returning this product and searching for a better solution. VERY dissappointed.

I bought this cushion to facilitate my Essentrics workouts. The only suggestion given to us was to purchase a hemorrhoid cushion to assist with side leg lifts. This pillow does the job. I could not believe how my workouts have improved and the hip pain has gone away. I also use it for my head during crunches and sit it to lift me up during groin stretches. It is the perfect all in one great pillow for these workouts. Well made with four indentations around the center hole really help you find that perfect position.

I don't know whether to give this a 1 star or 5 star review because it was really pain relieving for a week and I loved it but then it flattened out and became useless. I'm a very slim female. What made this great for me was the fit and it alleviated my piriformis pain. This might be too small for some people. FWIW, I'm buying another and I'm going to stitch them together once the new one flattens out. I would happily pay double for one like this that had more cushion.
