Too hard, caused more pain.
The memory foam is so dense it feels like a brick. Caused more pain to my knee, and the edges hurt my other leg.It is not soft at all. I would return this item, but my husband already destroyed the box.

Caused Pain
I bought this pillow only for the alignment and posture of my spine while I sleep. I am a very healthy person and activeI can exercise whenever I please.. After 2 weeks of using this pillow now I have knee problems. It caused pain in my knees and I can barely walk up and down stairs. I'm gonna take this pillow to my doctor and we gonna take this further..Stay away active people

I like the pillow, it’s just a little thick. The strap is made for someone with skinny legs. Not someone with some meat on their bones.

Way too hot!!!! No thank you!!
Awful. The cutout for your thighs don’t give enough room to bring your legs up, and after just a couple hours of being in an uncomfortable position with it on I felt like there was a barbeque on my legs. It doesn’t just get hot, it get boiling! In summer, during 30°C days or actually anytime, I don’t need to feel that kind of heat ever again. Tip for others: if you see that the same type of product comes with any type of “cooling pad”, avoid!!!

Using as a HEAD pillow!! Life changer.
I don't use normal pillows anymore. One day had the bright idea of using my knee pillow as a neck and head pillow. I had been experiencing great discomfort, when sleeping. I was waking up with a lot of headaches and neck pain. I was rolling off the regular pillows, or ditching them onto the floor. LOL But since using the knee pillow, as a neck pillow, all those physical symptoms are gone and I'm finally getting a great sleep. Additionally, I'm no longer experiencing acid reflux or back pain. The extra pillow is not only fantastic, but a huge cost savings overall when the bonus is factored in. Oh, and one more thing it's quite hard compared to my other knee pillow that I had kicking around for 15 years, but I prefer that hardness, because everything stays nice and stable. I don't toss and turn like I used to., Oh and my arms and hands don't fall asleep either, because they are free of a sick pillow. The shoulder gets aligned very nicely with the head and neck.

Perfect in everyway....
Thought pillow was hard and wouldn't replace my bulky body pillow(which I used to put between my knees) however its firmness is perfect and it is compact, just right for between my knees at night.... I had hip surgery at 14 yrs old and have slept with different pillows between my knees and this by far is the best.I thought I would not like the strap pillow and proposely bought this one because of the strapless pillow option...but I LOVE STRAPPING THIS PILLOW and turning at night without losing the position of the pillow.Great product...highly recommend.

Not all that Comfortable
I really wanted to love this product as a person who suffers from back pain but the strap is not comfortable, the stretch is just okay and the pillowcase gets so dirty so easily.It’s also not enough surface area.I don’t really recommend it if comfort is key but it does improve posture

Firmness
I like there's an extra cover, while the other one is being washed. At first I thought the knee pillow was a little short, but that was because the pillow I used before was a regular pillow and I got use to that. After using my new knee pillow I can say its the perfect fit and firmness. Thanks Amazon.
