This has been our go-to for all sinus related issues with my little guy - and a cold! We hsve been using this for several years and works really well with clearing my son's nasal passages/ helping drainage. The aloe helps keep everything moisturized!

Loosens mucous, moisturizes nose and sinuses. Relieves pressure. A great choice if you don't like to take antihistamines and decongestants. No after taste.

Bought during the cold season when my toddler kept having congestion and colds. The first time my toddler acted as though being tortured but then didn’t mind it. Now she asks for her nose spray whenever she is feeling stuffy or congested. (About every couple months). I do wash off the top with soap and water every time so as to keep bacteria down as much as I can. Love the easy spray function and that I have a remedy for my children during cold season.

It is a good product for kids when they are catching something every other week.

Such a great product. But why it is so expensive and didn’t last long.

This is a godsend. My 2 month old is very boogery and the snot sucker alone just would not pull anything out. She was miserable and couldn’t breathe at night. Then I got this stuff and it’s a total game changer. It delivers a fine mist that is powerful enough to get all the way up her nose and loosen those boogies. Now she is breathing comfortably and I can rest a little easier.

Does the job

As advertised, the mist is gentle for kids who are sensitive to sudden gush of liquid being squirted up the nostril. The pressure of the spray is gentle, given most form and provides a much more comfortable cleansing experience compared to other sprays with a stronger stream like effect. Recommend for kids since most have higher sensitivity since the most form is less invasive
