I had this product for nearly two years. Just under the warranty that it comes with and a part became broken. The company have been really helpful at supplying me with a new part. I use it all of the time so was devastated when the part broke, I was so pleased to be able to have a new part for me to continue to cook. Really great item and company to buy from, thanks so much.

This is very good but I can't understand how they never thought about it rolling around the kitchen surface when you need to put it down for a moment. It has no stable side to sit on.

Little bit on the bulky side but it's well compensated with the power and versatility the masher is superb smooth and perfect

5 months and the whisk attachment has broken. It’s not robust enough for real world use so save your money and get something else.

It is a bit heavy and you have to press unlock and state simultaneously to start every time which is a pain.

I bought one of these initially as i thought the brand was a great make. Big Mistake.2 problems.The first is this is the third time i've needed to return the whisk attachment. The interface between the actual balloon whisk and the handle is bent. so the whisk doesn't rotate about the vertical axis properly and wobbles about everywhere.The second is the control system. You need three hands. You need to press the unlock button then the power button and then the speed adjustment all the while making sure you don't let go. Who came up with this idea?Def wouldn't buy one of these again.
