Just what I need
Love this for easy tracking of attendance. I wish it would allow you to create your own "codes", or just leave that space blank so I could create my own- but I have been covering this with a blank address label and problem solved. Love that this is on cardstock- it makes it more durable to last the whole year!

Nice size, good for intended use.
I’d give them 5 stars if they had the option of letting you pick the letters for absence excuses in the code box at the bottom. (Like where’s the “F” for “Felt like staying home that day”?
