The product is well built. I have installed other wire solutions; but was the 1st time for this model/type. It did take a little longer to get started until I created a jig. With the jig, the process did go much faster. Installation will take 3 hands, so as a friend to help you. Just take your time and think through the installation before starting. I will be purchasing this product again.

Had workers do the installation, but it was relatively easy. Product works well on straight posts as well as staircases. Buyers should know that you need a special hydraulic crimping tool to do the install which costs about $50.00 if you don’t have one.

Very nice quality and well packed. If you are using these on steel posts you will need to buy 10-32 screws. The ones it comes with are wood screws. I used SS button head Allen screws.

This project turned out better than I expected. The kit made angle installation very easy and consistent. I would highly recommend this product for any DIY project. Hard to make mistakes!!

I built a cable railing for a deck. This cable run was ~45' with double posts on 3 corners and 10 strands of cable. This product was great for this purpose. It was easy to anchor and easy to install. It tightened the cable strands sufficiently by putting a manual pull with channel locks on each longer (~16') run. I might have given it a five star sweep had the anchoring screws been longer to boost my confidence. I really like the more discreet look of this system. I have built other, cable deck railings using larger turnbuckles. They left exposed cable ends that I view as unsightly and potentially a problem for toddlers. I wish there was an install video or at least instructions for this product although it is intuitive when installing.

Installed the first 8 no problem. Last 2 had stripped threads. Otherwise these work well and came with proper size drill bit and tools to tension.

I used 1.5” x 1.5” , 3/16” tube for my posts. I cut all the material , drilled all the holes, then had my welding friend weld the bottom and top plates. I have struggled for months on how to do the angle on my stair railings. Looked at a lot of different connectors. I installed these this past weekend. Very satisfied with the look. Used 10-24 ss screws. Had to tap the holes.VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY IT CAME OUT. Price point was really good. Happy camper.

Was as expected! Tightened cables to piano tight! Manually crimped which was a workout! Hydraulic crimper would have helped for sure. Haven’t tried any WWF moves against the ropes yet but just finished today!
