Happy that this product tastes great, feels good in the mouth, and relieves throat tickles. And-- according to label-- uses Sucralose sweetener.Only criticism: the cough drop wrapper messages e.g., "tough it out," "change can do to can did," and on and on, can be improved. Current wrapper messages are unnecessarily repetitive: even I can come up with 1000s of funny 2-5 word messages.

So glad I found these in a sugar-free variety -- I use them whenever I feel a cold or sore throat coming on. They work very well and clear my sinuses!
