The description states these are women sizes. They def run small then. I would think these are best for anyone in grade school .

Good value great hats
I threw a witch themed party and my granddaughters absolutely loved the variety of color of the hats and so did the adults! Just a tiny bit small for adults but we made it work!

Cute but missing one color
The hats are super cute and just as pictured-BUT we were really excited for the white hat but ended up receiving 2 pink hats
