I developed IBS about a year ago with some rough abdominal pain and have trying different probiotics and medicines to see what helps. I order these a while back and have found them helpful (along with some diet restrictions, exercise and active stress management). Taking two a daily has helped calm my guts down and I take four a day when I have a bad flair up and that seems to really help shorten the time of those. Everyone's body is different and these may not work for you, but I think they're worth a try.

I've tried many, but this one did a number of positive things for me that none of the others did. I really regret that I couldn't keep taking it. My blood tends to run thin easily, and this product was making it run thin. That probably wouldn't happen for most people though.

The product was smashed, a plastic bag full of broken glass that I threw in the trash before anyone in my house got cut seeing what it was. the website says no returns, so that’s great.

I take it before I eat, it helps greatly with my digestive track
