Great supplement to take if you are Diabetic. Definitely helps level out blood sugar levels.

Appears to be good fresh product. I wish it was more concentrated, but it does seem that cinnamon does help for a lot of good health issues.

Great piece work well

I take one capsule three times a day before meals. I can tell the difference of glucose control. No roller coaster numbers. It's just been such a balance the two months I've been using this product. I can even tell my urination has been more controlled. No signs of excessive glucose. When I cheat a little, it's still control. But I don't recommend cheating. Just something I like now and keeping a good balance. Some food we don't realize has more sugar than it does and so on. I'm on my second order

Bought these based on a friends recommendation. price was right, brand gets good reviews. will probably take awhile for the full effect to kick in, so we'll see. happily made the purchase.

I like the product however, it gives me explosive gas. I am not sure if it's the Cinnamon or perhaps the capsule itself? I eat Cinnamon without issue so leaning on the capsules. I might just be to sensitive to them. Cleared out the bedroom the other night wife and dog couldn't handle it.
