I got these before I was sure what strains I needed and it's a good quality product that definitely helped as I was still searching for what I wanted. This blend has a great coverage even with 7 strains and is guaranteed up to 100 days after purchase, no questions asked so clearly they stand behind their product.100 UpBiotics uses a controlled release capsule which was very easy to swallow and has 11.5 Billion active probiotics at manufacture. As you can see in the pictures this was also one of the products I used in our little science experiment and it turned the milk into a yogurt like texture. Unfortunately I probably won't be buying anymore bottles of this just because it doesn't cover all the strains I need. I think this is a great overall product if you're not quite sure what you're looking for but you need to get started on something now.

Me and my husband started taking probiotics due to an overgrowth of yeast/candida in our system. This overgrowth can be caused by: taking too many antibiotics, eating too much fast food, eating too many foods that contain yeast, overconsumption of alcohol...etc. When you have this overgrowth, it affects the immune system and you have to replenish the good bacteria in your gut... and this is where a good probiotic comes in!Over the past year I have been taking different brands of probiotics, becoming more knowledgeable over time. I have done some research and I think that a good probiotic supplement should include at least these 3 strains, which are also considered to be the most important ones:1.) L. acidophilus - The most important strain of the Lactobacillus species. It colonizes on the walls of the small intestine and supports nutrient absorption, as well as helps with the digestion of dairy foods.2.) B. longum - This one as well is one of the most common bacteria found in the digestive tracts of adults. It helps maintaining the integrity of the gut wall and is particularly active as a scavenger of toxins.3.) B. bifidum - This strain is found in small and large intestine and is critical for the healthy digestion of dairy products. (This strain is especially important for older people, where the ability to digest dairy becomes more difficult as you age). This strain breaks down complex carbohydrates, fat, and protein into small components that the body can use more efficiently.Also, I like these two, which are fundamental in cycle and function:L. fermentum - This Lactobacillus strain helps neutralize some of the byproducts of digestion and promote a healthy level of gut bacteria.L. rhamnosus - Known as the premier "travel probiotic," this strain can help prevent occasional traveler's diarrhea.The 100 Naturals Upbiotics contains 3 out of the 5 strains I find most useful and this is why I gave it three out of five stars. Purchased these from amazon but before opening them I re read the reviews here---SEE FOR YOURSELF.All the reviews here are fake. A good way to tell is to see each persons buying history.All of them wrote reviews during the same time period-and some even purchased the SAME items. I should have been more careful-- Distributor / or 100 naturals company created their own reviews. Too scared to try...I'm returning this. I will buy the Align or Pearls.

I ordered this product because I like 100 Naturals brand enzymes, which work very well. I have not had the same experience from Upbiotics. When I received this item, I immediately refrigerated it since that process helps shelf life. I found no benefit from taking this probiotic and prefer Culturelle instead.

This was my second order of 100 Naturals Upbiotics. I have tried other probiotics in the past but none of them have equalled the GI support I get from this brand. As I moved past 65, I would suffer from irregularity and bloating more often, which is why I started trying probiotics. With Upbiotics, I have experienced no irregularity for two months and little if any bloating. This formula is superb and I will keep ordering them.

Good product. Seems to be helping with some minor digestive issues better than other products I have tried. This is my second bottle.

I am currently taking this product and at this point cannot really give an accurate review just yet. However, I have not experienced any discomfort as of yet and as such am giving it a three star at this point. I will again provide a final review once I have completed the bottle.
