The filters fitted my Neff cooker extractor hood and they work perfectly. Excellent product with an affordable price

The item (filter) was good but, it wasn't compatible with the cooker hood. So now in the garage.

Needed to have these prior to ducting being installed. Some dust in packet but shook before opening and all okay. Left in place even after ducting as no problem!

The filter case contained only about 75% of the charcoal pellets required , rendering it useless for the filter purpose.

The filters have considerably less carbon filter material than the ones they are replacing, see photo, the filter on the left is the original one which is heavy and jammed full of carbon elements, the one on the right is the new one. The air is supposed to be drawn through the filter, but if you fit these with so much gap above the carbon filter elements the air will simply be drawn there, rather than through the filter material, rendering it completely ineffective. Not worth fitting.

Pleased with product and far better value than originals. Also still fitted a different model which we couldn't find filters for. Worth a punt at your own risk for this price.
