Q: Is a caribener clip to connect the teather to the harness included?

Yes. This Y-Lanyard includes a locking carabiner clip (to attach the tether to the D-ring on the harness) and two big scaffold hooks with gated openings to securely connect to the anchorage location.

Q: Will this fit someone who is 4 foot 3 inches? Im 95lbs

Yes easy I’m 5’6” and weigh 175 and it works great for me and yes you can adjust the straps to fit

Q: How long is the lanyard from grapples to the start of the shock?

Should never be more then 2 feet free fall. It is usually less than a foot.

Q: Is harness worn on outer garment or is it put on prior to getting dressed?

Harness is worn over any shirt or coat. Otherwise in the event of a fall you could choak on the coat.
