Problems Solved.
Works great for a lot of different candies. Jelly Belly "Belly flops" still work despite the weird shapes, Almond M&Ms work great. Peanut M&Ms kinda get stuck though, but I'm not really into those.I bought this to resolve 3 issues I was running into at work:1. was that people were contributing to the candy jar on my desk by just pouring in whatever they wanted, and when I had plain M&Ms in the jar and somebody added Reese's Pieces, a war almost broke out. We managed to keep it together, but decided it was time to find a new solution when...2. Somebody decided to dig his hand to the bottom of the jar and sift through the candy (letting them fall through his fingers) until he'd found the kind he liked. This was all happening right in the middle of the ebola "stuff", so the benefits of good personal hygiene (as well as the drawbacks of bad personal hygiene) were all pretty fresh in our minds.3. People were actually keeping track of how much candy each of us were eating because it was getting out of control. People were having to try to limit themselves, and pouring candy out of a jar isn't the best way to limit your intake. This little beauty solved all 3 problems. It allowed people to control the portions as they were able to do quick little pumps into their hand, it prevented people from digging their hotdog fingers into the candy as the sections are too small to fit a grown-man's hand in...especially grown men who never learned to wash their hands after using the bathroom. Also, it allowed for people to have different candy options without having to mix it up. Some days you need salty, some sweet, some chocolate, some fruity...we might need to buy another one...UPDATE:This doesn't seem to do too well with Peanut M&Ms. I don't know if there's something about the size/shape, but it keeps getting clogged and ultimately crushes M&Ms creating a crumbled mess in your hand. Works fine with Almond, Peanut Butter, Pretzel and Milk Chocolate M&Ms...but for some reason, Peanut just doesn't work out. Also works great with Jelly Belly Belly Flops despite their odd shapes.

Whoot!
I always wanted one of these. This works great for small candies. I am a jelly bean fiend and I love to share. I took this dispenser to work for all my work pals. 2 thumbs up.

The whole dispenser is made of pretty inexpensive materials
I got this to use at work. It is a very popular item on my floor and we have to refill it often. We have tried the following candies in here with success -Chewy SpreesPeanut Butter M&MsPeanut M&MsSkittlesM&MsRunts (yes, the bananas come out without issues in our experience)Lemon HeadsJelly Belly jelly beansReece's PiecesThings that would not work/did not work:Wasabi peas - they came out, but often times, would get a little crushed requiring more frequent cleaning of the table top where this sits.Gummy CandiesSome notes from our experience with this -The top not securing on is an issue when your boss comes over and turns the whole thing upside down. Aside from that, because the lid is a hollow dome, and the tops of the dividers are parallel with the table top, there is a gap inside at the top. If you need to give the dispenser a little shake to dislodge stuck candy, be mindful that candy from one section can "hop" over into another section. The whole dispenser is made of pretty inexpensive materials. Occasionally, when candy gets stuck or wedged in the openings, you may need to push a bit harder to loosen it up enough to resume normal dispensing. When you push it harder, I have noticed cracks on the inside where the fulcrum is supported. It is still working with pretty constant daily use, but it will only be a matter of time before it breaks completely and will need to be replaced.Due to the popularity of offering this free sugar supply to our colleagues, I will be getting a different wall mounted dispenser marketed at cereal/coffee etc that I hope will stand up to the usage a bit better.

Didn’t last 30 days
At first I thought this candy dispenser was amazing! But it’s been about 30 days that we have been using this at my office. I purchased some jelly beans, smaller than the normal size ones and they kept getting stuck. The spring on the dispenser broke and you are unable to fix it because you can’t take the bottom out. I was excited to have one of there but now we can’t even use it.

Fun to use and attractive on the counter
It is a lightweight, simple product. Fun to use although use with care. The top doesn’t screw on and it is just plastic, so be a little easy on it. But it looks great and works easily. We are enjoying it!
