Honestly, these are the worst tasting low cal sauces I've ever eaten. They all pretty much taste the same too. Had to throw all of them in the bin. If you're on a diet, you're better off suffering a little and treating yourself to the proper stuff every now and then.

Certainly no replacement for regular condiments, however for those like myself who are trying to lower blood sugar levels, they can be passable. The Barbecue is the best of the 3, the garlic sauce is only ok but not great. The sweet chilli is the biggest disappointment, i get its zero sugar however the lack of chilli/garlic pieces like most other chilli sauces makes it a weird. They all have the consistency of ice cream topping. I'd say try the barbeque one but pass on the other two.

Bought these for my sister and she loved them. She said that they tasted great and went well on most of the different dishes she ate, texture and consistency wasn’t too runny either which is also good. Not too expensive either!

Flavours very good. 1 cal per serving. Great way to add Flavours to steak, chicken and salmon salads when dieting.

BBQ sauce is nice. Not tried others yet.

For the price these are they are very over rated!! You do get used to the taste after a while but they taste so very sweet cause of the sweatners in them! Personally I only like the bbq one taste. I find it better if you keep in fridge to make it thicker otherwise it’s like squirting water over your dinner :-( These wouldn’t be so bad if the price justified what they are. But the fact they are exploiting people that want this sort of stuff has really upset me! These are like £4 a bottle! And it’s only about 400ml so won’t last that long. For what they are and how they taste they are over priced and not worth it! Would I buy them again? Nope sorry!
