Tcombo Mona Lisa - Neon Womens T-shirt (Small, Black)

This shirt looked great when I opened it. It fit well and was perfect for my event. However, the image ripped while wearing it for the first time. I will not be able to wear it again. I'm not sure what process was used to make this shirt but the image was printed on a rubbery film not directly onto the fabric.
