Q: They say "30 mil thickness" but are the same size as a credit card. at most a credit card is 2 millimeters thick. what is the "30 mil" referring to?

A "mil" is a shorthand expression for .001 inch, or 1/1,000 of an inch. So 30 mils means a thickness of .030 inches.

Q: Will these work with zebra p420i printer? i didnt see it in the compatible printer list.

We use these id cards with a p330i and now on the zebra series 7 printer and they have worked for both models for us. The p330i and the 420i are similar I would suggest ordering and if they dont work you can always return! :) hope this helps!
