Easy install on 2011-2016 F-350. Wired to trailer reverse lamp circuit.
As the title reads I interfaced this with the TRAILER reverse light circuit. Note the hooking these up to the tail lamp reverse light circuit will result in the BCM shutting the circuit down due to suspected overload. Yes, the BCM detects this and has this capability to prevent circuit overload. Using the “dumb” trailer reverse light circuit will prevent this. I just unhooked the truck harness to the trailer connector from the back end (you must remove the gray plug locking tab in order to push down the connector tab). Then the look for the Center wire (as the Center pin of the standard 7-way trailer connector is for the reverse lamps). I peeled back the electrical tap near the plug end and the cut it back a few inches from the plug. I used a heat-shrinkable tube-type crimp and crimped it with one end having a loose piece of 16g wired. I then reassembled everything and crimped that pigtail to my LED lights AND also to power/trigger my tailgate-handle back up camera ($58 from Amazon) that is linked to my $41 7-inch touchscreen radio also from Amazon.Tailgate Handle with HD camera: B08DJ5GNY97-inch touchscreen radio: B07VLFKTW6 (it is $70 minus perpetual 40% off coupon)

Wow - just awesome
I am in love with these lights. They are super powerful and light up the darkness, gospel style. I cut them into my rear bumper, and am glad I didn't use mounts. I have the aux switches in my console so they are super convenient to illuminate.A couple of things I wish I'd known after investing two hours:1. They do not come with a rubber gasket so if your surface isn't perfectly flush like my bumper, know that is won't mount flush.2. The wire that is used is probably 18 gauge at best. It's very small and the feeder wire I used was #14 so I had to use some creativity crimping. I wish the wire was a touch bigger.3. If you are drilling through steel, make sure you have good bits and start a large pilot hole. If you remove the light to finish drilling, it won't be perfect as the bit walks a bit as I'm sure you know.4. Obviously make sure you have nothing behind the mount point.5. A nice upgrade would be black mounting bolts, if you are really concerned about the look, you may want to get black bolts.6. When you trace your template (provided) make sure you tape it down as it will move. Also, take the line out with your cut. The template runs a little small / actual and gives you no room to wiggle.Hope these tips are helpful, they are very bright and seem to be good quality.

Great products
I have purchased many light brands for my vehicle and this brand by far is the best bang for your buck. They last. I live in the northeast where the roads are heavily salted in the winter and they continue to hold up to the abuse where my other brands quickly deteriorate. Also super bright!

Very bright
Originally bought these for my plow truck, but never got around to installing them. We bought a 36’ diesel pusher RV and had a two week long cross country trip coming up not long after buying it. Knowing I’d be in dark areas and unfamiliar territory, I felt it was necessary to upgrade the junk factory reverse lights by adding these. They look great, don’t flicker, and are very bright at night! So far they still work great with no moisture or water intrusion even after multiple washes and 5200 miles of driving. Came with everything needed to get them installed on the bumper, but did not include any wiring or switches to get the power to them. Great price though and I’ll be buying more for my other vehicles! So far I’ve had zero issues with any of the NiLight products I’ve purchased
