VIZ-PRO Double-Sided Magnetic Mobile Whiteboard, 48 x 36 Inches, Aluminium Frame and Stand

I really like this product as it is a white board on front side and back side and comes with a very sturdy cart! The problem I had was with shipping! The first one came damaged to the point that it could not be used in a professional setting. I processed the return with Amazon and was sent another one...this one was better but was still damaged. The company that manufacturers this includes a flyer which allows you to contact their customer service dept. if you have a problem. I contacted them 2-3x and they were WONDERFUL to work with. They were courteous, helpful, and fulfilled my needs in a way that I rarely see from manufacturers these days. None of the problems were their fault but they stepped up and assisted me very quickly anyways. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

The white board arrived with some creases and dents in the corners. I reached out to the seller and they gave me options to return it for a replacement/refund or see if it is still useable and get a partial refund. I set up the board and got the partial refund since it still met my needs. While I was initially a little frustrated by the damage, after using this board for a few days, I absolutely love it!! I use it for school and being able to flip it makes it easy to switch back and forth between different subjects. It is very sturdy and a wonderful addition to my office. Additionally, customer service was extremely kind, understanding, and quick to resolve issues.

UPDATE: Increased score from 3 to 4 stars. We reached out to the vendor about the defective surface. The response was prompt. Vendor is sending us a replacement board. We are awaiting the delivery and inspection of the replacement. The effort for customer satisfaction was appreciated.Original Review:Why did we need a 4x8ft Dry Erase Board? Looking back this this thing is bigger than our 65" OLED TV. Beware, the board is delivered in cardboard packaging. Despite any signs of transportation handling faults, my board arrived with a raised crease on one of dry erase sides. The frame looks straight, and the crease is only on one side. It appears to be a defect from the factory. We did not suspect or find any deformities until we finished building the rollaway stand. The aluminum is not machined precisely but you can screw the parts together with alot of hand twisting effort. I can understand why previous buyers warned about using power screw drivers or power tools to secure the screws. The screws heads feel very easy to strip. If you do then you will be in a world of inconvenience. Don't expect IKEA detailed assembly instructions but do pay close attention to the relative orientation of the pieces and how they fit together. The instruction sheet does not tell you step by step on the order of assembly. The screws feel like they are self tapping so make sure they are in straight. Our dilemma is whether to disassemble the board and send the whole thing back for an exchange. Repackaging is not easy and then delivering it to a UPS Store for Amazon Return is a pain. Even so, there is a chance of receiving another damaged board.

CON:First - the only real 'CON' that I can think of with this white board. The tubes are made of lightweight aluminum. They are perfectly fine (actually ideal) when put together. BUT - DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS TO ASSEMBLE THE STAND! The sidewalls are too thin to withstand high torque that you can develop with power tools.Sort of con... the tray for holding markers does not want to stay in place. (One of the sides 'clicked' when I pushed it together but the other side did not.) This is a really minor issue. I will likely add a drop or two of silicone glue to hold it in place.PROS: - and there were a lot of them.Packaging was excellent. That is not to say the board could not be damaged by an aggressive carrier - but anyone reasonable will get it to your door just fine. My box had a few nicks - but the seller anticipated these and packed it accordingly.Setup was relatively easy with the tools provided. There are instructions - one side of a piece of paper - that are reasonably easy to follow. (Just drawing of pieces, letters ('A', 'B'...) labeling the parts and where they go, numbers of each, and arrows for order. AGAIN USE THE TOOLS THEY PROVIDE!Once the board is together it has a heft to it - and does not wobble. Still it is easy to move around and it is stable when used.Board surface seems to be of very high quality. (Time will tell... but I have used enough white boards that this seems to be excellently made.)Uncertain items: There were two additional pieces in my package of parts that were not in the instructions. They look like hooks to hang things on the board - but I am not certain....
