We usually buy a ⅛ wheel of Parmigiana Reggiano Cheese a couple of times a year to share with family. It is difficulty to portion it without a great deal of crumbling. The Boska Pro works as advertised. We followed the instructions on the you tube video. It was easy to cut through the rind and divide the cheese into one pound pieces. Most people probably wouldn't buy it for home use, but if you go through as much cheese as we do, this is a welcome addition to our kitchen.

I like everything about this product very sturdiness and easy to clean.

I bought this thinking it would be cool for parties and the various catering gigs do, but had no idea how large it was. I'm also single, so I'd have to be some sort of freak to use it on a daily basis. Nobody needs that much cheese in their lives. Nobody.If you're stupid enough to drop a normal cheese on it like I did, it looks a lot like Shaq holding hands with his ex-girlfriend. Awkward and extremely out of place.You really can't use it in front of your guests, because they get all defensive about not having the foresight to bring a sledge hammer to a fly swatting contest. I've heard comments about "overcompensating" for some other physical deficiency and "His father didn't love him enough".If you live in Wisconsin or Holland, I assume everyone has one of these parked next to their snowmobile in the garage. It also is durable enough for a team of 6-grown men to play hockey on and almost regulation size.Rumor has it, OSHA is soon to get involved in the sale of this product. It's that intense.The Cheese Commander is easy to use. It's also very well made and in spite of it bosting more cheese cutting capability than almost anyone needs, I absolutely love mine.I doubt if the Cheese Commander Pro is for everybody, but if you want one of the best cheese wires, this is your Huckleberry. It's even got a Hemi.

It arrived I took it out the box and due to my counter top being textured I changed the suction cups for the rubber ends BIG mistake, I carefully changed them not using too much force and not tightening them to much and as you can see cracks down the side of the fittings, on closure inspection I then noticed hairline cracks on more than two parts of the board..... cant see this lasting to long as it's already damages and it's yet to be actually used. Very disappointing for the price paid

I love this cheese cutter! I can easily cut FULL SIZED WHEELS of gouda with EASE! I was a little nervous spending the money, but it's worth every penny! It is made and designed well and even comes with cute packaging. To ease your mind, it comes with extra wires in case they break. I've now cut 12 wheels of gouda and this slicer is still going strong! I would definitely recommend for anyone that buys big blocks or wheels of cheese that wants to slice with ease.

Literally got the slicer later in the day after I said I didn’t get it lol. It works very well.

I make my own cheese, wheels between 3-5 lbs. it cuts the cheese wheels beautifully. Very neat cuttings, no jagged edges.

The wires don’t last very long. We’ve only had this for less than a month and have already used 5 of the 6 wires that come with it.
