Are used like new items checked to make sure the package contains all parts?

Are the hot/cold stems the same as Danco 11b-1h/c ?

It appears to be the same. The set I bought, is for a Price Pfister 3 way diverter with verve trim, that has been around for at least 50 years. Danco is a plumbing parts supplier and I'm not sure of Gerber's part. The part's set I bought fit's perfectly. The brass valve stems usually last indefinitely and finding the right washers, packing and O-Rings will work. Good luck.
