I live out in the country, and once it starts warming up, the wasps come out like clockwork. We like to sit out on the porch in the evenings, but the wasps were getting real annoying — dive bombing our sweet tea and buzzing around the kids. I saw this and figured I’d give it a shot. Hung it up near the edge of the porch, and no kidding, within a day it already had several wasps stuck to it. After a week, it looked like a bug buffet. What I like is that there’s no mess, no bait to deal with, and it was pretty cheap. Just hang it and let it do its thing. Not going to say it got them all, but it was pretty effective. Also, I really appreciate the bird guard on it — we’ve got a lot of songbirds around and I didn’t want to hurt anything I wasn’t aiming for. All in all, I’m real happy with it. Simple, safe, and it works. I’ll be picking up a couple more for the barn and back deck. If you’ve got wasp problems, this thing’s worth every penny.

WE used these outside last summer. They worked well and collected bugs. The outside frame work keeps birds away from the inner sticky portion. The ones to use inside the house, do not have the plastic screening. I like them so well, that I bought several of each style to be ready for next summer.

When I first put them up wasps would fly around them without going in. Once a few got in that seemed to attract more. By the end of the summer they had caught a pretty good amount of wasps. I will buy more next spring.

Incredible product and for the price. Significant wasp, bees and flys in our backyard. Put a little sugar on the sticky parts. Within 10 days I had to replace because it was caked with insects. Better than any spray

6/20/24 - I tried to update my original purchase review after receiving my reor, but I got irritated when I could only add ONE video. Seems silly, but oh well. The pictures and video added today show how two of the reordered traps worked. Maybe I put the first one out a tad too early, but the new ones seemed to fill up way quicker than the originals. If you are on the fence and undecided on whether to buy these, just do it...they work GREAT. THE only issue I've had is in both cases, the 2 in the backyard attracted 3 times as many as the 2 in the front; so much so that I may place all 4 in back when I order again. But again, you won't he disappointed with these .................................. I noticed these while searching for something to get rid of/kill wasps. After receiving my order, I let them around for a day or so. After opening, I placed three in different spots around the deck. I put the forth in the front yard in the middle of some bushes. They are easy to set up and deploy, but be careful not to touch the boards because they are VERY sticky. The first couple days, I didn't notice anything being caught, but as the week went on, I saw two in the back had each trapped a wasp, but the other two nothing. As you can see from the pictures, one is working very well in catching the bane of my existence.....WASPS! I will use anything i can use to eradicate these predators....👍🏿. I'll probably order more of these later in the summer as the wasp and yellow jacket population increases, so I do recommend them. As a side note, I wish they worked on carpenter bees, but I guess nothings perfect😏

Worked great for keeping the wasps away from our house and front door, did catch a few others as well so I’d say it did great

Hung one of these up and it was like opening night at the wasp theater. Within a couple of hours, the cast of “Buzzing Around My Yard” had relocated permanently to the TrapStik. By the next day, it looked like they’d invited all their cousins. The thing is seriously sticky — don’t touch the sticker unless you want to know what being a fly in a spiderweb feels like. Placement is everything: put it where the wasps actually hang out, but not where you hang out unless you enjoy close encounters. No sprays, no chemicals, no chasing them around with a shoe. Just a silent, sticky wasp retirement plan hanging from a hook. I’ll be keeping these stocked every summer.
