Bad product...burns their included bags or does not seal at all, difficult. Not worth the effort, not user friendly. I will return

Good product. Of all the bag sealers I have seen online, this one seemed the best design and the most innovative of them. It has a cutting edge on the back side to allow a clean cut on a bag, and the sealing end. It does a good job at sealing. I did need to practice a bit to get good at it. I found that the seam that is made is air tight, but quite thin. Also, on thin bags, the heat cuts through the bag separating the portions above and below the heating element, but still will seal the edge well. Because of how thin the seal is, it can be difficult to line up 2 seams if you can not get it done in 1 shot, but again, it can be done with some practice. You can do the same thing this does with a flat iron, or a clothes iron, but who wants to get one of these out every time you need to seal a bag? This works great at sealing chip bags to keep fresh. Magnet keeps it on the fridge.

Sealer takes a few tries to get working but is quite easy to use once used to it. Only problem is that my family hates when I seal chip bags that they want to snack on because they have to open the seal again. I think that's good because the lazy buggers snack less :)

Do not waste money. Magnet too weak - falls off refrigerator sending batteries everywhere. Not deep enough to seal anything of size. Barely seals. Returning mine.

Received today. Description states sealer comes with 20 bags. There were NO bags in the package. There were also no instructions.

At first I thought it was wonderful anday that I'd made a great, lucky purchase. But after trying to close a second baggie, for Amazon FBA items I was about to ship to Amazon, I quickly realized I was not so lucky, but my first try was what was lucky and it ended there. The seals are messy, uneven and totally impossible to get right with one or two passes. And plastic melts onto the hot plates and needs to be scraped off. And it's hard to tell when it's even doing the job. I'm just going to return it because it took forever just sealing a handful of baggies that a better, yes more expensive, heat sealer would have sealed in a fraction of the time. I feel so dumb ford allowing myself to have wasted as much time as I did. I mean, even thin baggies took forever and I was pressing as hard as I could, it was just a terrible waste of time. A good idea, but wow, buy some other product if you want the job done quickly and properly,

The replacement unit works perfectly. It works precisely as advertised. I would recommend this product to anyone seeking a quick, easy way to seal food products or other products too. The company ppl are very good to respond quickly and effectively. This is a very good product for it's price and you will love it. It is well designed too. I may buy additional units as Christmas presents for my friends and family..a great stocking stuffer for cooks.

This product works and is good for its price, I only knocked off a star because the item is so heavy that the magnet for easy access isn't strong enough to hold it on it just slides down my fridge.
