Nice Phone
The phone works well. I don't regret the purchase,. However, the fingerprint reader is a pain!!! Even worse with a screen protector😖. I have to type in my password each time I would like to open my phone.((Update))I didn't record my fingerprint properly. I was so happy I reset my fingerprint. It quick and efficient. My apology!!!

samsung galaxy note 10 plus very nice design and very good quality with very nice screen. the Samsung upgrade to android 11 that was awesome thing in this device.

Battery life sucks
Came in the plastic. Seems new as ever. Battery life sucks and the fingerprint is difficult with a tempered glass on, so I just use face recognition which works great. But everything else is perfect.

Soooo, this seller came right through phone came with everything attached and in great condition, I got what I paid for. I did not have any connection problem seeing that I am in the Caribbean area, customer service was fast and super-efficient.

Good phone
Bought this instead of the s20 just because of the specifications. The phone is great. Screen size is nice, fast, charges fast and keeps charge long. The pen works beautifully. My issue is that when I purchased, I received the box opened and scratched up. The phone was shipped to a skybox in Miami and then to Trinidad. But the phone box itself was opened and looked used. When I received it I immediately spoke to an amazon representative who confirmed the device was new. The phone itself looked new and is working great, but I was disappointed in the condition of the box during shipping and it being opened before I got it.
