Yes, no problem as the tube will screw on to the locknut fittings whatever the length Best of luck Paul

Q: How do you put cables in the tube? Cut the whole length of required amount of tube? Will this still keep the cables in the tube dry and waterproof?

Tie some string to a nail/clip push the nail through the tube with a rod if some kind.(I used bamboo canes ) When the nail appears out of the other end pull out the rods tie the piece if string from the other end to your cable pull it through. Takes just a couple of minutes.

Q: Can an Ethernet cable fit through the internal diameter ?

If the external diameter of the cable is less than the internal diameter of the conduit........yes.
