I bought this to try to keep people visiting me from parking near my neighbors yard. He’s a bit touchy about that. It’s reflective & shows up well. Seems very well made & should last a long time. It’s not gaudy or goofy looking for a sign. Multiple pre drilled holes provide different mounting options.

We have a large property with paved roads. We made our entrance area big enough to allow cars, and even the garbage truck, to tun around. However, probably because we have a really nice view, we also get people that drive into the entrance, park there and have their lunch while taking photos. We understand their appreciation of the view, but they inadvertently block the exit. So, many years ago, I bought a "No Parking" sign from a company that makes highway/city signs. It cost over $50.00. The sign disappeared. So I had to replace it. That's how I came across this sign. I think the metal (aluminium) is thick enough that it won't bend and fail in a windstorm. This is a professional quality sign. I only wished that it didn't have pre-drilled holes in all 4 corners as well as the center holes at the top and bottom.

We have a small space in front of the house that does not fit a car. It is even zoned No Parking but multiple people ignore this as there was no actual sign on the lawn. Amazon to the rescue! We mounted it on our side and it seems to be working great.
