After years of trying different vitamins I ended up trying these when decided we were going to try to have a kid. I have no way to say if it helped that or not besides saying that it says it has stuff to help with that in some way. I had no kind of side effects from using it, easy to swallow and didn't have an upset stomach or anything like that. It doesn't have too strong of a smell or taste or anything either. I just kind of stuck with it after having our first kid and knew we were at some point try for a second. I liked them so seemed fine thing to do. I always thought they were of good quality and in the years I've taken them haven't had any issues. It seemed for the contents of the vitamins they were worth the money I was paying for them so I have continued on with them and will continue to do so.

They’re loaded with daily doses of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, many of which you won’t find in cheaper brands—stuff like Lycopene, spirulina and probiotics They also avoid adding extra iron, which in men can supposedly build up over time when taken as a supplement The company did face some legal issues several years ago. I forget what the verdict was but it was mainly an issue with how they advertised their prenatal vitamins, if I’m remembering correctly. The prenatal vitamins had some very low/trace levels of heavy metals in them (which is normal in plant based supplement products) but were being marketed as completely free of trace heavy metals. That was the gist of it, I think. Overall, a good quality brand of multivitamins sold at reasonable price

On the website it was a multivitamin of different potency, features and composition(superior and expensive).. but what I got is different product of the same brand(inferior and cheap) with less potency and less features That's simply making the customers Fool by asking more than twice price And sending a different cheap product of same brand..

This product is good but the only thing I found that it increases the blood sugar. So this product before taking any Sugar blood test like Sugar fasting or Sugar Random should be avoided. Please take Doctors advice before buying the product. In addition it keeps the energy level high.
