better quality than I expected

Let me start off by saying, I despise bi-fold doors. It is most often the doors end up running off the track or falling down after running off the track. I kept looking at my laundry area and had to come up with some way to close the doors and keep them closed until I needed to use my washer or dryer. Let's be real, I need to hide the laundry basket with folded clothes I haven't put up yet. I decided I wanted a heavy-duty latch that I could just close the doors especially when I had company or just to make the area neater or at least appear that way. I like the look, weight and ease of using this latch hook. I love it so much I am ordering it again for another door in the house. It worked for me and I am certainly satisfied with my purchase.

I had gotten a different latch before, same design but in white, but the end of the latch was curved (why?!) and would just pop open with a simple tap at the door. This one is STRAIGHT at the end and stays latched. Excellent. I just wish it were white.
