These vitamins are easy to swallow. Not large like some vitamins. No stomach upset.

When you find yourself unmotivated and unenergized, try these. I found they gave me a "lift" I did not get from my B-complex. There are just sometimes when you get older that you need a gentle pick-me-up to rev your motor again, like older cars in the winter. These gave me what I needed without stomach upset or nervousness. I recommend them for that little extra boost.

Both myself and my daughter are taking these for different reasons. They seem to be doing what they need to do for both of us her doctor was fine with her taking this as she is still a teenager my doctor said it had everything that I needed as well. The price is lower than most vitamins you get will definitely be getting these again.
