Excellent quality and colour exactly like the picture
Extremely happy with this hair. It’s soft even after rinsing with conditioner and the vinegar and then twisting it. It didn’t tangle at all so I was very impressed. Colour it’s exactly as it’s show on the picture. Even after 4 weeks in twists the hair still looks good and soft. The quality is extremely good I can believe that my scalp doesn’t itch as I do with other brands. Wow I am extremely happy with this purchase. I totally recommend this.

Tips/advice for this hair✨
*Updated Sept 2022* So I’ve purchased this hair multiple times since my first review, however this time I purchased the blue/pink/purple hair. I’ll keep this short and sweet& have also made a lil video to help with making the hair itch free. (I’m not a professional, please consult a dermatologist/doctor if you suffer from sensitive scalp or scalp issues, this is what helped me, so I hope it helps you too x) A few things to note with coloured hair: 1. It’s overly soft, soft to the point where your hair (in the twist) WILL frizz, compared to when you have black hair 2. The hair is vibrant, but not in your face, the pink/purple/blue hair looks more purpl-y than anything else, and the pink shows up as and when it pleases lol, it’s still a nice colour & would recommend getting coloured hair at least once 3. The hair does tangle a bit, I would say I lost about 7 strands/loops due to tangling when installing. 4. It does shed a bit, but not excessively (it is synthetic, after all) 5. The strands are thin, so as mentioned previously, you may have to use more than expected. I used all 7 packs & 3 packs of black hair (my head is HEAVY right now) 6. Coloured hair will not last as long as black hair, as mentioned in point 1, it’s soft, even at the root where you knot the hair, it gets gradually loose (I’m on day 3/4 and the very back twists are very loose from the root, I may have to re-do them ————— This is a review from a very lazy natural hair girl, I like low maintenence and 0 manipulation. This hair was the best thing I did for myself during quarantine. The hair is really easy to use once you know what you’re doing, its smooth but if you need to make the hair thicker, manipulate from the bottom UPWARDS, rather than from the middle, also if you want thick/jumbo passion twists, you realistically need to use 4\5 strands of hair per twist, this is definitely thinner hair than the last batch I brought as I previously only needed 3 strands to achieve the same thickness. I would be dead wrong to say it was “itch free”, the first time I bought this hair, my scalp was red like a scotch bonnet because of the chemicals used to make the hair appear shiny, the second time I learned my lesson. Rinse the hair (as it is) in apple cider vinegar and water. Rinse and apply conditioner (if you want to, its not a must but I was scared it may smell, i tested with and without conditioner after using the acv and both didn't smell at all). Use the gold hair tye things to hang the hair on hangers and leave to dry for at least 24 hours. You shouldn't have any itching after that. Its a long process but its worth it. Maintenence is very simple, I use any kind of mousse to keep the hair looking neat and this has helped with longevity of the passion twists, when I did the passion twists before and didn't use mousse, it started getting kind of tatty from about the second week, but because its passion twists, the longer you wear them, the better they look, its a bohemian kinda vibe. When I did use the mousse, the hair looked really neat for around 3 weeks. I keep the twists in for a maximum of 1 month, otherwise the takedown process is unnecessarily long (in terms of clumps of dust and lint stuck where the passion twists and my hair meet). To keep your natural hair tucked into each twist, make sure you use a moisturising or conditioning gel to make your natural hair slick, this reduces the likeliness of unravelling, but it happens eventually. I would say it’s good value for money because I can basically leave my hair for a whole month without worrying too much, just oil my scalp and go and the hair is versatile, you can do passion twists and butterfly locs (I’m trying that this month).

Unbranded Hair
I felt a bit disappointed hair didn’t come in a branded package. Even if you’re being environmentally conscious, a little note about the brand and info in a slip would have been awesome. This could have come from anywhere and I’m not sure about quality and can’t read about the company. So you get the hair in little individual packs as in the pictures all packed in some kind of storage ziplock type bag. The crochet pin was definitely a bonus as I didn’t read it was part of it. Not doing crochet at the minute but it will definitely be handy in future. Thank you. Didn’t receive any beads but I didn’t expect it so not complaining at all. In all, happy with packaging, handling and delivery and a great service. Product gets my 3 stars as needs some convincing. I’m going to use it first and update my review. Update January 2021 Hair turned out amazing and I have reused hair twice for my braids. I’ll be buying again I changed 3 stars to 4 stars as didn’t receive beads with my order. I’ll recommend

Just okay
Tangled a little when being installed, so a few strands had to be binned. It's not the lightest hair, I've bought hair from Toyotress in the past which is beautifully light, this is much less hair but still heavier than the Toyotress I used previously. I wouldn't purchase it again.

Soft & manageable
Hair was manageable only frizzing a tiny bit. Very generous with hair in packs.. only used 5 bunches. Looks natural once in & had good movement & hold without the need to use hair clips. Was a bit myth though why charging more for shorter lengths

Great buy
The hair is gorgeous!! I finished installing it last night and I already have had so many compliments. I would highly recommend this seller. The hair cane fast and to my surprise there was a crotchet needle and some clips in the package. The hair is very soft and easy to handle and the twists look amazing!! I only used 4 packs to achieve this look so I’m gonna use the rest for a different style.

Terrible quality
I bought this hair to do twists and I couldn’t even manage to do locks. Too frizzy, it tangles quickly. When hooking it, loses the curl shape. Don’t recommend. I’m gutted that I can’t even get a refund 👎🏽
