These are great, they have a number of benefits. I personally use them to support progesterone during my luteal phase. I drop them on top of lots of stuff, like salads, avocado toast, dinner, etc. They have a very light flavor so not overpowering but definitely not flavorless.

Yupik black sesame seeds are delicious when sprinkled on food. I use them when I cook vegetables and will get more when I’ve gone through this bag. The quality is top drawer!
