Great for home gym cable tainer
These are high-quality ball bearing swivels with smooth, slippery action — exactly what’s needed to prevent cable twisting on a functional trainer. I placed 4 onto my REP Ares (high cable lat pull, and low cable seated row). They twist freely under heavy loads, and their capacity far exceeds what I can place on them. They’re a little large for the low cable. I think I can recover the small loss in range of motion by using a smaller carabiner. I don’t love them on the trollies; I’m still looking for the perfect swivel for those.

HEAVY Duty is an UNDERstatement!
These are truly HEAVY DUTY and quite weighty! No worries about these giving out no matter if you hung a Mac truck from the roof top! Rotates freely and the rings swivel easily. Love the shackle assembly, making it easy to attach. No worries about safety since these are very well made!

Works amazing, spins forever!
So these are expensive which sucks. But they have bearings and that makes a big deal if you want something that can be really spinny. (In my case a Hammock Chair.) The price of a non bearing swivel joint like this is probably about 2 to 4 each. These when I got them were about $12 each. Quite a big difference. However the non bearing joints would get a spin or two... This one just keeps going and going. 30 spins or more is likely with a good push off. (Great for those that find spinning fun or relaxing.) I weigh 240lb (108.86kg) and the bearing swivel seems to handle me no problem gliding completely silently, smoothly and at pretty high speeds. The thing feels quite hefty and I believe is of good quality HOWEVER the bearings on mine are not contained (Sealed) which means they will be likely to fail if they are in an environment with lots of moisture and wetness like outside (as they'll likely rust) or in areas with abrasive dust or dirt that may get on them (Like a beachy area where sand can get inside of the bearing enclosure.) So I don't in general recommend the non sealed bearings for anything but inside use. Now for another problem... The bearing swivel has a standard sorta D shaped eye on one side that lets it self center on whatever you put it on. However the otherside is a striaght pin across that you pull out. The issue with that is it doesn't self center at all. In my case trying to hang a chair of of it meant the chain slide to one side of the pin making the swivel joint Askew and not work right. (As pictured.) By default this is the same problem most people will have with this product during installation and will cause issues with using the product. (By default this product will not be simple to use for a hammock as I did.) My solution was simple though as I have a 3d printer so I made a spacer for the Pin that holds two chain links apart, distributing forces on left and right side of it and allowing for me to connect something to the center point of the pin. I belive a spacer of this sort should be included by the company or some other solution for the centering issue on the pin. If you want to do something similar to what I did you can use some small cut pipe or a bunch of washers. I included a video of me showing how well the Hammock spins with the bearing swivel in place which is amazing. The creaking you hear in the video is not from the bearing but from metal rubbing together. The bearing is completely noisless. Hope this all is helpful! Happy spinning :]
