These work together perfectly with soft round roller I purchased, to massage my IT band. These go way beyond what the roller can do, and if I could only buy one item, it would be these awesome massage balls. The customer service is unparalleled, and the instructional videos are also well produced and provide useful information for understanding how to get the most out of the product. No buyer's remorse here.

It's on the firm side but it gets the job done I use it on my upper back and shoulders to by knocks out and loosen me up. But I can't use on my lower back, buttocks, and hip where I have issues because it is too hard and hurts too bad.

Balls are good size, and I like carrying bag. Wish the bag allowed for more flexibility in adjusting the length between the two balls.

Just what I needed to get those pesky knots out of my back. Even able to drive with them. They're small, handful type of size. Perhaps baseball sized, definitely smaller than a softball.

These are perfect. I had been using tennis balls which were a little too hard. These little balls are just right for getting those stubborn knots worked out.
