This thing is amazing , dropped it several times now and it's perfect. It's basically bomb proof without purchasing a hundred dollar otterbox and another 30 dollar screen protector right out of the box , I think a few of them 1500 dollar phones I see people flaunting about every second of the daylike a status symbol should take some pointer's on how to build a virtually unbreakable cell phone . The screen is hard as a rock , I've stuffed it in my pocket against my key's and it has zero scratches, dropped it on the cement at work and it's not even fased it. You want to listen to music in the shower no problem take it there with you! This is the last phone one would ever need and the wireless charging technology is amazing ,5 ⭐'s is definitely not enough !! Thank you very much for this cell ,best purchase ever!;

Ordered Amazon refurbished good condition Kyocera dual Force pro 2. Received the phone in just a few days packaging was perfect but that's it. Took the phone out and right away could tell it had not been clean at all. Dirt was packed in to the charging port to the point the cover couldn't even close. The phone was bent and battery was dead. Thought okay no big deal I'm get the dirt out and see if it turns on. Before I even plugged in the charger I could see that two of the 4 screws were snapped off. It took half a hour to charge to 3% I feel like they just took a return and slapped a sticker on it and sent it out. This has been the worst phone I have ever received from Amazon I never had a issue with any of the refurbished phones I have ordered in the past off Amazon. Quality standards most have become subpar. Very disappointed.

Great phone and decent work speed I used from 2023 to July 2025; Google maps, Google play, hmart app, kbs app, Snapchat, kakaotalk, Instacart, doordash, vmart, Amazon shop, Dunkin rewards, sams club app, Royal farms app, Amazon music, Weedmaps app, mobi drive, Verizon cloud, amongst other apps and basic Verizon mobile plan worked well on this kyocera I purchased and partially fused out just in July 2025. Thanks. Good enough. Take care and onto the next phone (Verizon plan).

Phone looks and works like brand new. Only issue I had was it not receiving text messages until after going through a semi long process in store getting various Verizon network switches reset on there end for the messages to start coming in. Verizon employee said that is a twice a day occurrence that someone comes in with the same exact issue.

Overall I really like this phone. It's very durable (except the camera lens which I was able to shatter almost immediately.) It's a huge upgrade over the old Duraforce phone and just about everything is better in one way or another. My complaints:- The camera sucks, especially in the dark. Might as well be using a potato. Pictures always come out grainy.- The camera lens is very susceptible to damage and the part to replace it is very hard to find.- The fingerprint reader is awful!!!!! It either doesn't work at all or works too well and unlocks the phone in your pocket or worse yet, factory resets the phone in your pocket because of too many failed attempts. I tried everything to fix this and ended up just disabling it completely and have had no more issues... too bad, it was very convenient to unlock with a fingerprint.

Delivery was next day, phone looked like new & works as it should.

I've had this phone for less than three weeks. It arrived in seemingly good shape and I was initially very pleased with it. This morning it was sitting face down on my desk and when I picked it up, the screen fell forward away from the body of the phone. It appears to still be attached at the bottom, but any time it is face down and lifted up, the screen pulls away from the body of the phone. This also happened as I ended a call and took the phone away from my face -- the screen tried to stay stuck to my skin.Amazon says it can only refund the phone, not repair or replace. This is my only phone, so this is really inconvenient. I purchased an extended warranty on the phone, which is useless if my only option is to return the phone for a refund.I'm really unhappy and won't purchase this type of product from Amazon or its third-party sellers (Top Choice Imports for this phone) again.

I bought this phone as a replacement, looking for a durable phone that wouldn't break easily. I received the phone with marks and very obvious signs of wear. The plastic piece around the screen was chipped and the phone would turn on for about 2 minutes, and then automatically restart. At one point, when trying to contact Amazon to let them know I was having issues, the phone shut off mid-call. The touch screen would also only work part of the time. It would be fine, and then out of no where just completely stop working. Same thing with the button to dim the screen. I ended up returning for a full refund and bought new elsewhere. Make sure you're able to wait 7-10 days to get your money back to be able to go buy a new phone!
