Which end connects to the anchor? My current anchor is to big for the u hook and screw. Can I attached the u hook to my cleat

Buy a bigger u connector, most of us use the clip to attach anchor to front of boat. I never use this on cleat, it would scratch my boat.

Can you use this with a fluke anchor?

The anchor doesn't matter due to the chain your using. This is just in place of a 50 rope. This acts like a rope but half the size. I use it for launching my boat as well.

Anyone know how long the line is, before stretching? i need to replace a greenfield ab that failed..its length was about 30ft..perfect for my 18' boat

I think 30 for would be a “stretch” haha. I usually attached this to another line.
