Nice size and one side is flocked material. Comes with a nice elasticated bandage type pouch which can wrap around your head. I use for bad headaches and the help a great deal.

Very useful item to help with injuries. Being small they are quick to freeze and easy to position. Recommended.

These are fantastic. The elastic band is stretchy and the velcro holds everything in place. It fits around my swollen knee and with in 5 minutes make it numb, getting rid of any pain. However the velcro does begin to create loose strings of material after a couple days.

These definitely are small but they’re also very thin. Even when they’ve been in the freezer for hours, they come out not feeling particularly cold and certainly not frozen. I was really underwhelmed with these and have gone back to my trusty and oh so reliable frozen peas, where would we all be without them!

Very useful for my migraines

I have used icepacks before and usually keep 2-3 just in case in my freezer, mainly in case of more sport-related injuries, sometimes to heat it up to warm up, but I had the rectangular shaped, bigger ones. This particular ones I ordered in an emergency mode, developing mastitis... the big ones didn't really fit in my large anyway whilst breastfeeding bra. Those were just right, they are quite thin (which in this case I consider an advantage) and - being round - didn't cut into skin with sharp edges, which was particularly important! They freez quickly, don't take up much space in the freezer and frozen are still flexible. I really like them, definitely worth recommending! The only thing - which doesn't bother me - I had read in the reviews, before I bought, they stay cold for 2-3h.. hahaha, nope, for my mastitis, as hot as my infected boobs were, these lasted cold for maybe 20-30mins! But having 6 in the pack, this was no issue, I just kept replacing them. I tried to use it warm only once, and do be careful, as the suggested 10s was way too long, I almost fried it in the microwave! Try gently first and maybe play with your microwave settings to reduce power, not to cause damage. Turned out to be handy with the little ones' bumps and bruises too! ;)

I bought these to use over my eyes post op. The size is great, it covers my eyes and part of my cheeks, which is targeting the swollen parts perfectly. They’re very easy to use. They arrived all intact - no leakages. Also no breaks so far in use but I’m not pushing the product to its limitations by way of temperature or handling. I feel the cloth backing could’ve been slightly thicker but the cloth sleeve that comes with it can be helpful for added protection when applying to the skin.
