These are the best filters ever. Last 5 years with no cartridges to change!! Water tastes great only bought a new one because of the date, that I wrote on the bottom of unit. This is my 4th time purchasing this filter, it runs about $89 if you can even find it anywhere. Fantastic buy here on Amazon. Can't use it on hand held kitchen faucets so we put it outside on our lanai sink (patio) but could also be put on your laundry room faucet if you want to totally eliminate plastic bottles, which of course we all do.

I got this cause im tired of buying bottles water my son leaves the bottles every where and Having to carry the case home is hard It is easy to install took less then 5 mins I let the water Run as the instructions said And It works great I showed my son how to use it and he can refill his own bottles now It tastes better then the bottled water i was buying ... oh only run cold water through the filter

Item is being returned because it was used by another customer before me and returned and then resold to me. I hooked same item up for a friend and you are supposed to run system until charcoal black water stops and comes out clear. There was no black water with my system which means another customer used the product and returned it! Product is awesome and I love it but should not have to pay full price for a used product Especially with Covid! If offered a discount I will clean it up with Lysol and keep it. The hook up to the sink faucet was so simple, even I was able to hook up 2 units in 10 minutes with my Rheumatoid arthritis!

I’ve had this for a few months before I decided to write this review. My normal, tap water has so much bleach in it you can taste it before you drink it. After the filter, I have no flavor. I LOVE this filter, also I bought the extra filter that attaches to the top for extra protection. The attachment piece for the faucet keeps high pressure and turns on and off with ease. I will never use anything else. My only dislike, and it’s a small price to pay, is the hose that attaches it to the faucet, is clunky, in the way and not attractive. Lucky for me, no one is judging the looks of my sink!! If you’re trying to decide, I hope this helps! I can’t recommend it enough.

I personally bought 3 different filters before this one... all of them had issues, like pricy.. and hard to maintain.. as well as an expensive filter swap... This beats all of them best taste and a great price for a amazing amount of filtered water

I’m using it to filter my water! I have been using these filters for years! The best one I’ve ever owned!! And it last longer than what it says! I lived in Florida for 12yrs and I needed a filter because Florida has the worst water I have ever tasted! I moved to Texas and when I first got here the water was fine but it rained for 3 days straight and after that the water was awful! SO I HAD TO GET ANOTHER FILTER!! I’m good now! Thanks u so much FILTER!

I see a lot of people complaining that they can't install this filter on to their faucet. It does come with two adapters that have rubber O-rings are four other faucets on the off-chance you have one. But my faucet is the standard humdrum silver two knob faucet. It attached easily just as long as you take your time and do not cross thread any component and if you follow the instructions you have to give it 30 minutes to push all the particulates out on filter and then you can use as normal. I could tell the clarity and the smoothness of my water almost immediately and I'm very pleased with this product.

This filter looks identical to one I've purchased in the past, so I thought I was getting the same filter. This filter is HORRIBLE. The water comes out looking fine-- UNTIL YOU BOIL IT OR HEAT IT-- THEN IT LEAVES A PLASTIC(????) residue in and on top of the water. In the pictures I've posted, I've boiled filtered water (top) and tap water (bottom) What got me curious was I'd make coffee and as the coffee cooled there would be a residue which I THOUGHT was creamer or something. I occasionally make tea, and made a cup of tea and forgot it-- as it sat on my counter and cooled I noticed it had the same film as my coffee had been having-- BUT THERE WAS NO CREAMER IN MY TEA. I was horrified to learn I have been drinking CONTAMINATED WATER FROM THIS FILTER FOR AT LEAST two to three months. Well, NOT ONLY ME BUT MY FAMILY!!!!!!! this is totally unacceptable to be poisoned by a product that was supposed to help remove toxins-- and was obviously contaminating everything I've cooked/prepped for my family as we use filtered water for everything. I'm HORRIFIED what I and my family have been exposed to. THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE PULLED IMMEDIATELY AND INVESTIGATED. Someone at quality control was definitely sleeping when mine went through the line :(
