GREAT! Both the shampoo and conditioner are awesome. My white hair is now shinier, brighter and softer. I like that only a small amount of product is needed to produce rich lather. HOWEVER, the packaging is not I would but it again. HOWEVER the packaging was not so great. The products arrived in the standard soft, white delivery envelope. When I opened it, there was shampoo and conditioner everywhere, oozing out of the loose caps on both bottles. What a mess! Amazon should reconsider sending these two bottles in a soft package. A small cardboard would be much better!

This brightening conditioner has really worked for me over the years. I have kept my hair darker for a couple of years and just bought the conditioner again. It really brightens and lightens my hair. I like the smell and the feel of my hair after using the conditioner. It's pretty expensive and more than I usually pay for my hair care, but I love the product and splurge on it. Bought two bottles.

Love this shampoo! 1st time purchasing online with the pump. Received in a box & shampoo was sealed in a plastic bag. However the screw on pump had unscrewed some & shampoo was leaking all inside the bag…. About 10 applications of shampoo worth. Was not fun trying to recover all of that & get back in the bottle!!! Lid should be sealed & pump outside of the bottle!!!

My hairdresser/sister recommended I try Kenra bc I have very long, thick hair ( below the waist). I don't want to have to cut it bc its gotten dried out and looks like something a horse would eat! But I'm not rich either! So I bought it and WOW!!! I'm over 55 and my hair looks and feels like it did when I was in my 20's, minus the gray obviously. It's soft, it shines and I'm getting compliments on it again! One woman said that my gray looked like silver, not like kinky gray hair is supposed to look! I love the Kenra products!!! I recommend them to everyone who asks how I keep my hair "looking so good"!

Love the product and I have used it for quit a long time but you need to either really tighten the cap or put something over the cap because when I opened it there was quite a bit that had leaked out.

Smells great but didn’t do much for my hair health

I'd been using the Kenra color maintenance shampoo/conditioner because that's what my stylist uses in her shop. My hair isn't colored, but I liked the look/feel of it with Kenra. Recently I ran out and ordered the brightening shampoo/conditioner by mistake. I'm happy I did! My hair is noticeable finer and silkier. I tend to have oily facial skin so the hair around my forehead usually starts looking oily before any other areas. With the brightening shampoo/conditioner I get an extra day or two before that appears. Very pleased!

I've tried several different weekly purple (brightening) products for blonde hair and none do what Kenra is able to do. Most purple shampoos are incredibly drying, but this product is not. The conditioner especially is thick and hydrating, leaving my hair feeling silky. Instead of using it only once per week, though, I use it both days of my weekly hair washing routine (Monday and Thursday). Because it's not deep purple -- it's more of a shimmery lavender -- I haven't had any issues with the sometimes purple/grey that happens if you leave purple shampoos or masques in too long. I've even switched my dry shampoo to Kenra now. It's superior to others I've used.

- I always love the stuff that my stylist used and during the 2+ years of the pandemic I wasn’t able to visit my stylist at all. And so I’m looking for the shampoo and conditioner that my salon uses so that I can enjoy the quality and the wonderful scent that they produce. They used different types of brands and this is the one that I was searching for. My salon used the Kenra regular series and also the Kenra Platinum series. I loved both of the series. This bottle is oval shaped. I actually preferred the oval shape of this Kenra regular series over the regular round shape of the bottles as it’s much easier to hold in the hand. - The scent is nice and subtle. Opening the bottle I can tell right away that this is stuff my salon used. So my search is over. It’s expensive, no doubt about it. All other brands of luxury hair care products cost roughly the same range so it’s very competitive. I’ve tried 3 different luxury brands with many different series from those brands and I have to say the Kenra series is my absolute favourite. No other store bought shampoo and conditioner is able to replicate, let alone beat, the scent from Kenra brands. All my household members love the scent coming from these Kenra shampoo and conditioners. For me it’s worth every dollar.

My wife uses these type of hair products and really liked one of the Kenra conditioners so thought she may like this one. Turns out she wasn't overly impressed by this at all, it gave her minimal results and for $22 it seems a bit steep. She would still prefer to use her trusted purple shampoo that she knows show results. It also needs a bit of a revamp on its packing as this bottle lid wasn't on tight at all and had some minor leakage. Thankfully, there is a sealed plastic bag around it for shipping and my wife was able to wipe it clean.
