Q: Do these taste like the rye chips in the Original Recipe bags?

Yes they taste like those wonderful rye chips in Gardetto's traditional mix, the famous Original Recipe-and with a good amount of a sort of Worcestershire sauce and garlic flavorings! I love these and they are all rye chips!!

Q: What is the expiration date on it?

i received mine today, and they are 7 months out. each batch is different, and w amazon they can be brand new, or on the date of expiration...i've received both.

Q: Why did pkg arrive crushed inside box 3 months past expiration date with tear in bottom???. Outsde box intact. ??

I didn't have a bad experience with either of my two orders regarding dates of product expiration, however my first large bag had primarily very broken rye chips, but my second delivery was perfect AND was delivered with actual shipping materials and packing from Amazon. I'm my case I believe the big air pillows surrounding the second delivery guaranteed a perfect presentation with no broken chips, no tears or rips on the bag and a expiration many months away!
