Good powder with nice flavor

I bought this to replace the first one from a different company that was hard as a rock, not a "powder" at all. This one is totally powder. I looked at it, but I haven't used it in my recipe yet, so I can't comment on how it tastes. With regard to the measurement/contents: its a little confusing because the package says it has 45 "scoops" which isn't a standard measurement. They incluce a little plastic scoop inside the bag. I tested it with some salt, and it equals one teaspoon. I need one cup for my recipe, so that's 48 teaspoons -and that is a standard measurement. I opened the bag and spooned out enough to fill a cup - and there was enough left in the bag to (probably) almost fill another measuring cup. So that's a LOT more than 45 teaspoons. The only explanation is that the little plastic scoop included in the bag isn't what they mean where they say the package contains 45 scoops. Maybe to them a scoop is more like a half of a teaspoon. It's rather confusing. Anyway, I'm really glad I found this stuff. It's well worth the cost.

This is what I was looking for to use in smoothies when frozen/fresh pineapple isn't available. The product isn't very strong, so I had to use more than expected. While rather weak, the flavor tastes fresh and works perfectly. I like that it's freeze-dried.

Dehydrated pineapple is the only ingredient. I use it in drinks and scones. Easy to store and measure. No added sugars.

Bought this to add to my water. It did not dissolve well. I am sure it would be great for other uses. It just was not right for us. Threw it out after having many family members try it.

I just started using it, but I love it…very clean product and the taste is amazing.

Love this! Freeze drying does not destroy the anti-inflammatory properties of the pineapple. Use it in smoothies. I also use it in green tree in place of any sweetener.
