No idea if this iodine is doing anything or not....never been tested, but know how important iodine is for your health, so started taking years ago. Love that it's made in USA.

I believe I have hypothyroidism. I have all the symptoms, weight gain (20 plus pounds in 2 years and climbing), brittle hair, dry skin, fatigued, irritable, swollen gland, etc.). I can truly say Mary Ruth’s iodine drops is a blessing to me. I started taking them 6 days ago. I literally felt I had energy within 30 min of taking the 2 drops. Seriously!! I have not felt this way in a long time. I did not feel fatigued like I always feel. I have the energy to workout again! I have noticed in just these 6 days that my thyroid, which I could actually feel, does not feel anywhere as “thick” as it did before. I truly believe it has gone down in size too. I have lost 2 pounds also. I’m truly just amazed at how I feel. The energy (it’s not like an energy drink kind of energy. It’s subtle. With NO crash!) lasts 24 hours. I wake up feeling good. I take the drops in the morning (no specific time) and know within 30 min I’m going to have the energy I have been longing for again. I have 6 children between 10years - 1 years old. The media could not be loaded. Great product, I don't eat allot of salt items and felt like I was not getting enough iodine. Usually your salt will have it. I have low thyroid and even with medications I feel tired, cold, low energy, memory problems, thinning hair, gaining weight, dry skin. I feel allot less cold and feel I can get my body temp up better with this. Usually you should take a iodine test to make sure you are low. I have heard you don't want to overdose on this. I only take one drop by mouth at night, because I get some salts in my diet. I would possibly get tested before using this alot or ask your doc. It tastes a bit sweet to me. It is a great product, you only need one drop for about the daily amount you need a day so it last a long time.

The taste is minty & pleasant, easy to take! So far I’m pleased! I’m taking for my breast health & only a few weeks in so far. But pleased with my purchase
