For the last couple of years I have had the hobby of making candles at home. It has been a fun learning experience making something that I so enjoy having around my home. For the most part, the candles I have made have been gifted to family and friends. Who have come back for more or a refill. This soy wax is the best wax I have used and I would not want to try anything else. It burns so cleanly and lasts much longer than any store-bought candle I have had. Even the soy candles that come from the stores.If you are aware of the candle-making process, then you know that the wax beads are to be melted prior to adding fragrance. This wax melts quickly and smoothly, and is just as graceful after pouring into candle vessels for hardening.Lately I have been purchasing in the higher quantities as it is the better price break. While this particular brand may be a little pricey, the quality is there!

I started with this wax as a hobby and kept it as I went professional. The candle snobs shun anything for candles from Amazon (except molds) but this wax is a hit. Its just easy to use, comes quickly, fairly priced, and it works well. Good scent throw, made in the USA, cruelty free, pure soy, sustainable, cleaner burning and a nice slow burn. All of their different wax variants are great. I’ve tried them all. Follow the directions and learn about wicking.Maybe buy a wick sample kit from a professional candle supply site I do agree with other candle makers. Amazon does have a couple that aren’t bad, but you better know what size vessel that wick is good for, for optimal performance (tunneling, sooting, over wicking - vessels getting so hot they break). Candle suppliers have sizes and wick guides for soy. They’re cheap enough from suppliers.

Working with this wax is easy, and it is a great wax for my candles. The price is more than reasonable, and the delivery is always quick and deficient.

Wonderful wax! I will definitely be buying again, wonderful scent throw with minimal oil usage. I recently purchased another smaller bag of wax from a different seller and it is horrible I’m actually using it for a clean up wax for some of my molds that got packed away without being properly cleaned. I highly recommend this wax, it give a beautiful finish to candles and melts!

I love this wax for candle making! As a beginner, I found it easy to use and clean up afterward. The consistency and texture are perfect, and the pearly white color is beautiful—I added mica powder, and the results look fantastic. The burn time for an 8 oz candle is impressive, making it a great value for the price. I also used it to make some cute wax melts, and they turned out great. Highly recommend this wax for anyone starting out!
