First off, I bought the variety pack and the flavors in these picks are amazingly perfect. The tingling sensation on the lips, tongue, and mouth can be a little bothersome if you have a sensitive mouth, but it's really only noticeable if you aren't already pre-occupied.The flavor is on the spot. That being said, I should mention that I stick to a bland diet on most days, so perhaps my taste buds aren't as worn-out, but then again, I am a smoker trying to quit, and smoking will wreck havoc on your taste buds and sense of smell.If you're not sure what you would like, try the variety pack - so far, my favorite has been the churro flavor. Does it taste like an actual churro? Eh, kinda. Is it still a good tasting chew that won't splinter in your mouth? Definitely. Just follow the directions on each tube.Now, these sticks won't stop the craving for nicotine, so pair them with your choice of quitting aid. I honestly found them to be more effective than nicotine gum, but I still wound up smoking. On the plus side, these sticks helped me cut my cigarettes-a-day by almost half - and as a pack-a-day smoker who was getting worse? That is saying something. I plan to try pairing these with a patch instead, as the gum I chose doesn't really work too well.For me, personally, it was all about oral fixation. Needing something to do with my mouth. Did I mention I'm also a nail biter? These are good for that, too. I haven't chewed my fingers in days. The claim about relieving dry mouth is also surprisingly accurate. My only advice would be: 1. Don't bite hard like you're chewing a steak. and 2. Don't fall asleep with one in your mouth. (That last one is a no-brainer, but I was relaxing in my chair and ended up dozing off, so you never know. Luckily, it fell out of my mouth while I was alseep).Depending on you and your needs, you might end up re-using a single pick twice, or going through all it has to offer in one chew. I've done both. If I could have these without the pointed ends, I think I would; however, these do function as toothpicks as well and I have found myself idly picking my teeth while also chewing. Oh, Cinnamon Apple isn't so bad a flavor, either. And you get plenty of picks in one tube so I haven't been able to try the others yet as of writing this. I hope my review answers some questions.

I got these to suede me not to partake in poor habits and I felt the flavor would probably help me hang on to the pick longer than usual. After a few days of use I can see this being a regular thing. All flavors are good with one or two being my personal favorites. All of them do have a similar taste at the start do to the anti-mouth drying ingredient, its not unpleasant but felt it was worth noting. Otherwise I've enjoyed the experience so far and enjoy the light tingling feeling the give, reminds me of medicated lip balm in a way. I would recommend this pack to find your flavor.

The media could not be loaded. As a toothpick chewer for 15 years (they are what I switched to when I quit smoking), I can honestly say that Xero toothpicks are the best I’ve found. I’ve tried over a dozen different brands of flavored toothpicks and hands down these are the best. They have a great variety of flavors and the flavors last far longer than any of the competition. Yes, they are a little expensive compared to some of the others but they are well worth the price. I wholeheartedly recommend Xero toothpicks for anyone looking for a great flavored toothpick to fight the oral fixation that comes from smoking, if you’re looking for a alternative to chewing gum, or even just for picking your teeth and stimulating your gums for better oral health!!

i ordered these to help ease me off of vaping.. they do seem to help when i use them but i do think the "tingle" could be stronger. you have to hold it in the same spot for a few minutes in order to feel anything so if im moving it around i cant really tell at all. i will say it Definitely does help with dry mouth so if thats what you struggle with i highly recommend. also the flavors are great!

It's good for someone who can't stop a habit cold turkey. I bought this for my dad who has stage 4 cancer. He's smoked all his life.. it's all he has ever known. He's in treatment, I'm begging him to quit. He has not. I have him these toothpicks to munch on, he hasn't quit but it helps him to cut down. We all have to start somewhere and this is a great baby step for him

The actual toothpicks are awesome. The wood is thick and perfectly shaped, seriously each one. The flavor is what lost me. This thing is flavored with some strange chemical sweetener that i did not like at all. The good news is that the flavor does take a very long time to go away on both the toothpick as well as the aftertaste.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I had to for these. I got them for my partner, who was planning to quit smoking. They say these are one of the most helpful items they've used to quit. The flavors are good and long lasting, the tooth pick is good quality, and they help with the hand to mouth habit of smoking. They do make your mouth tingle, but it's not a bad sensation. Really happy with the product.

Wish the flavor was stronger, but they’re not bad. Never noticed any tingling like other reviews mentioned.
