Q: I wear a size 11 men's. Will the largest size fit me?

No! It will not. The large is 10.25" not the 11.42" stated in the description. I wear a 10.5 (US) and 1" of my heel hangs off the back.

Q: Do these slip easily on hardwood and tile floors? Our steep stairs are hardwood too, so I need a good grip. Almost died slipping in similar slippers.

My husband says he has to be careful going down the stairs. We also have hardwood floors and stairs. Comfy slippers, but the traction isn't so great.
