CONCORD Sapphire Nonstick 7 Quart Stock Pot Cookware Set (Induction Compatible)

I made caramels in this kettle, they turned out perfect. Red copper on the inside and the outside of the kettle makes it cook very fast, normally I boil, stir constantly for 20 minutes when I make caramels and in this kettle, they were done after 15 minutes. I also made chicken wild rice soup in this kettle, it is now my favorite kettle, it washes up with no effort.

I liked that this 7 qt was not as heavy as some were. I'm almost 70 and it helps alot that it's light weight. I've used it and it cooks well and cleans up well. I also love the beautiful blue color.

I like the pot, decent quality and size, but the lid doesn't sit tightly. There's a rather noticeable gap. Would have given 5 stars if the lid fit properly.

There was nothing to dislike. I ordered the wrong size. That is the only reason it was returned for full credit. TY

Easy to clean after making stews. Great for camping.

I cook all the time and am a fanatic about making homemade soup, stews, sauces, and broths (in other words, food that must simmer for awhile on the stove). The 7-quart Concord pot is ideal as it holds a lot and you can make double the amount and then freeze some to enjoy later on a busy day. The non-stick surface makes it even easier to use for cooking and for clean up. I have set aside my large stainless steel pot and favor this dream pot going forward, and I’ve only used it once. I cannot imagine anyone not loving it right from the start.

This pot arrived on time and is gorgeous! Almost too pretty to cook in, but the surface is heavy duty and I'm sure it will last a long time.
